Statue of Akim Maltsov

The monument to Akim Maltsov, the founder of the city, was unveiled in 2006 near the Maltsov Crystal Museum. In 1756, Akim Maltsov founded the Gusevsky Crystal Factory, which formed the village, which later became the city of Gus-Khrustalny.
