In the second half of the 18th century, the manor house was significantly rebuilt. Two galleries with towers significantly transformed the appearance of the early 18th-century manor, giving the main house the appearance of a "Gothic" castle. The obelisks, which resemble burning candles from a distance, are particularly striking in this case.
The manor also features a beautiful Baroque monument, the Sergiev Church (18th century). In 1946, the Vladimirsky Recreation Center was opened on the territory of the former estate, and in the 1980s, it was a popular destination for travelers on the Golden Ring. Since the early 1990s, the estate has been used as a psychiatric hospital. Currently, the estate is abandoned.
