Museum of Crystal and Glass of the 18th to 21st Century
The interior of the Museum of Crystal is filled with light and air. This is the realm of glass, a tribute to the talented masters of Gus-Khrustalny, a city often called the Russian Murano.
The museum is home to a truly magnificent array of glassware, including luxurious engraved goblets, 'golden ruby' decorative glassware, uranium glass decanters, and purple and golden brown 'Halle-style' vases. This is just a small selection of the incredible exhibits on display! In the showcases of the central hall, you'll find the incredible works of some of the world's most talented artists from the Gus Crystal Works. These include Evgeny Rogov, Vladimir Kasatkin, Adolf Kurilov, and Luiza Matosyan.
